Patrick has more than 15 years of experience advising middle-market private equity and corporate clients.  Before co-founding Laurus, Patrick served as a Market Leader for Ernst & Young LLP’s Transaction Advisory Services practice and was also a lead Director in the Transaction Services advisory practice for KPMG LLP.  In these roles, he managed many large and high-profile projects and financial due diligence assignments. Patrick sharpened his technical accounting skills as a Senior Manager in KPMG LLP’s audit practice.

Patrick earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Mark A. Coleman, CPA

Mark offers clients unique insights gained from an extensive background that includes advising private equity clients in a wide spectrum of industries and financing middle-market companies throughout the United States. He has led and assisted with more than a hundred transactions.

Prior to co-founding Laurus Transaction Advisors, Mark was a Manager in the Transaction Services advisory practice at KPMG LLP, where he led numerous financial due diligence engagements and special projects. He was also a Credit Officer in the Corporate Finance Division at CoBank. In this capacity, Mark was involved in all aspects of senior debt financing transactions for businesses ranging in size from middle-market to Fortune 1000 companies.

Mark earned a B.S. and an M.S. in accounting from the University of Colorado. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
